Copywriter
The Marketing Agency is immediately seeking Ad Copywriters to join our highly creative and hardworking Marketing team. This is a work-from-home position, and your online activity will be monitored and recorded while you are logged into our system.
The Copywriter will be responsible for working directly with each Client in his/her team in the interest of developing sales-driving messages in the following ad platforms:
- Print: Billboards, Newspaper, Magazine, etc.
- Video, Call & Radio Scripts
- Facebook, Google, Digital Advertising & Email Marketing
The Copywriter will conceptualize and produce creative copy concepts and messaging for B2B and B2C customer-facing marketing materials.
The Copywriter will work closely with our Team Leaders, graphic designers, web developers, and other key stakeholders to meet strict deadlines. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, experienced in both marketing and storytelling writing styles with a talent and passion for crafting creative and engaging content.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conceptualize, develop, and present marketing copy/messaging that conveys and strengthens our Clients' brands.
- Be prepared to edit all levels of copy (headlines, taglines, body, meta, etc.) for marketing campaigns.
- Be able to communicate and effectively persuade Facebook's Support Team that our Clients' ads meet their standards on the rare occasions their automated system flags an ad or targeting as inappropriate, or a special category.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and written in a way that connects well to the intended audience(s).
- Maintain content style guide and pre-approved copy.
- Ensure quality control of product/service marketing messaging and go-to-market messaging.
- Proactively learn and develop into a subject matter expert for every industry we serve
Ideal Candidates possess:
- 3 to 5 years marketing copywriting or related writing experience
- Possess a writing style that can quickly capture attention and evoke emotion
- Ability to execute detailed technical copywriting, when required
- Strong literacy, grammar, and writing skills

Facebook Ad Targeting Specialist
The Marketing Agency is immediately seeking a Facebook Ad Targeting Specialist ("Targetologist") to join our highly creative and hardworking Marketing team. This is a work-from-home position, and your online activity will be monitored and recorded while you are logged into our system.
You will only be responsible for setting up cold Facebook Ad targeting for clients, and not setting up entire campaigns or funnels.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Strategize, implement, and manage a variety of client Facebook ad campaigns to maximize ad targeting to steadily increase quality of clicks, leads and sales
- Provide thought leadership to develop new ad targeting solutions
- Ensure Facebook targeting tasks are being delivered on-time and as expected by the client.
- Analyze data to and A/B split testing to reach conclusions on which ad targeting is working best, and why
- Leveraging our real-time data dashboards and a plethora of reporting tools, you will be tasked with communicating campaign performance to clients and creating a clear road-map for the future.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present result to clients and or internal team.
Ideal Candidate possess:
- 5+ years of paid Facebook advertising experience for conversion not brand awareness.
- 2+ years in a client interacting role.

Copy & Article Editor
The Marketing Agency is seeking highly skilled, detail-obsessed, professional copy editor with a great attitude and ridiculously high work ethic. The copy editor position will be expected to contribute to an efficient workflow by meeting deadlines and following established procedures, and to proofread and edit all copy, printed and digital work.
Work Experience Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as an editor
- Ability to remain detailed-oriented and focused when processing large amounts of text
- Proven working experience as an editor
- Strong computer processing skills, especially Google Drive, Google Sheets and Docs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
