In a social experiment, a violinist named Joshua Bell played a mini-concert in a New York Subway.

This particular subway was used frequently by high-income earners who enjoyed classical music.

However, hardly anybody stopped to listen.

Evidently these commuters had no idea Joshua Bell is a world-class violinist who has sold-out venues such as the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall with tickets that cost several hundred dollars.
